With a temperature range of 80° to 315°C, the Searwood® pellet barbecue is ready to unlock a whole new depth of barbecue flavour. It’s ready to smoke, roast, and sear in 15 minutes or less†, cooks evenly using DirectFlame™ technology—no more large sheet diffuser blocking the flame—and features a full-grill sear zone that lets you get more food on the go. Think perfectly smoked brisket, ribs, and pork shoulders; unbelievable reverse-seared rib eye steaks; wood oven-style pizzas; smoky, crisp chickens; and more.

Cook confidently with intuitive digital controls on the barbecue, along with Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® connectivity that lets you monitor and control the barbecue remotely. View live graphs, receive readiness alerts, access recipes, and more via the Weber Connect® app on your smartphone. Explore new techniques with a rotisserie or griddle insert (each sold separately). Then clean up quickly and easily with the pull and clean grease and ash management system, located at the front of the barbecue.

• DirectFlame™ cooking delivers flavourful searing, browning, and crisping. With no large sheet diffuser blocking the flame, you get food that looks as good as it tastes—with deep sear marks, golden caramelisation, and crispy bark.
• The full-grill sear zone heats evenly and maximises every inch of grilling space, so you can cook more at once.
• Rapid React™ PID controller reaches smoke, roast, and sear temperatures in 15 minutes or less†, so you can sear sooner. It also recovers the temperature quickly after the lid is opened, maintains consistent temperatures in cold weather for year-round barbecueing, and cools the barbecue down quickly when you’re done.
• SmokeBoost™ setting holds temperature at 80°C, optimising smoke absorption and intensifying flavour.
• Large cooking capacity lets you cook on two levels, so you can cook more at once. The deep 24cm top rack easily fits a brisket, or can be removed to create 29cm of vertical space for larger cuts like roasts and whole poultry.
• Side hopper provides easy access for loading pellets and fits a standard 9 kg bag. A built-in release handle lets you empty it easily to switch pellet flavours.
• Smooth, continuous pellet flow ensures worry-free remote cooking for up to 20 hours.
• Pull and clean grease and ash management system, located at the front of the barbecue, lets you clean up quickly and easily with less mess and no vacuum. Simply pull out the grease tray, scrape grease and ash into the drip pan, and toss the pan away. Large capacity drip pans can handle the grease and ash produced by low and slow cooks.
• 2 Integrated food probe ports with 2 food probes (included) lets you monitor food doneness via the barbecue display or the Weber Connect® app on your smartphone.

This is the Weber kettle that everyone knows; it’s the most popular model sold in New Zealand. The handles and leg couplings are welded to the barbecue before being sealed in porcelain enamel. This kettle is fitted with Weber’s patented One-Touch™ cleaning system manufactured in non-rust aluminium. This cleaning system operates by simply moving the lever backwards and forwards to remove ashes and sweep them into the ash catcher. It is fitted with one welded handle at the front of the barbecue. This kettle can be fitted with Weber’s unique gas burner system.
