Together with the Weber baby Q Trivet, the Convection Trays transform your Weber Q1000 series from cooking in ‘barbecue mode’ to ‘oven mode’ in seconds. The tray is engineered with vents designed to circulate the heat above, below and all around the food. Sit your trivet inside the convection tray, pop the food in and close the lid. Your Weber baby Q has now become a convection oven that cooks perfectly.

Experiment with appetizers, or sides of grilled shrimp, pineapple, and vegetables while the main course grills below. The skewers fit into the Tiered Grilling System, elevating them directly above the cooking grates so that your entire meal is ready to be plated when you’re ready to eat.
